  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, uninstalled, and include all parts and accessories. Opened, altered, or installed items, as well as custom or made-to-order products, items bought during final sales, or items damaged through customer mishandling are not eligible for returns.
  • Final Sale Items: Products purchased during a Final Sale are ineligible for return, cancellation, or exchange.
  • Initiating a Return: Contact us via email at support@homedeco99.com to start the return process. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns:

  • Conditions: We accept 'Change of Mind' returns provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition within 15 days of receipt.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
